FOCO CIVIL / UNDERSTAND AND ACT
Our standards: facts, context and solutions
The same standard, whoever is involved
We scrutinise any party, office or institution. Impartiality means applying the same evidential standards, not distributing criticism equally or giving an unsupported claim the same weight as corroborated evidence.
Separate facts, statements and analysis
We identify who made a claim, when, and which document supports it. Complaints, investigations, charges and judgments are different. We include affected parties’ accounts when available and state when they have not been obtained. We never fabricate contact or interviews.
Assets, contradictions and conflicts of interest
A contradiction deserves questions, not a verdict. Before linking public statements to financial interests we check ownership, dates, the actual relationship and documents. A partner’s assets are not automatically attributed to an officeholder; owning assets is not itself proof of wrongdoing. We do not present rumours as facts or publish unnecessary private details.
Visible corrections
Material corrections will have a date and explanation. Dismissals and acquittals will receive visibility proportionate to the original allegation and appear in the relevant dossier. A design change does not refresh the review date.
Transparent AI use and funding
AI helps research, organise and draft; its responses are not sources. Proposals are distinguished from demonstrated results. Contributions, affiliation and advertising do not buy conclusions or the removal of information. Commercial content will be labelled.
Editorial independence
We evaluate decisions and outcomes without asking for allegiance to a party. We distinguish official documents, uncorroborated accounts and verified facts. Institutional sources also need context.
Responsible participation
Insults, threats, personal data and unverified accusations will not be automatically published. Adding “allegedly” is no substitute for checking. Content may require review, correction or removal; a disclaimer does not replace that responsibility.
Corrections and scope
Initial dossiers are documentary starting points, not completed field investigations. Writing is AI-assisted. Dates reflect content review and do not turn old documents into news. You can report an error to kbz.tube@gmail.com without sending sensitive data or complete case files.
