1. Describe what you observed, the approximate location and when.
2. Separate observation, documentation and opinion. Avoid alleging crimes or intentions.
3. Suggest an improvement and say whether an official response already exists.
4. Hide faces, number plates and personal details in any material you prepare.

The public forum is not open yet

For now you can prepare and download your letter. This form does not collect or publish reports. Public contributions require a secure private channel, moderation and review and removal procedures. There will be no map of suspects or automatic publication of accusations.

Safety and coexistence without targeting groups

We will examine events and services by the same standards for everyone. Origin, nationality or migration status do not prove behaviour. Suspected unlawful occupation or crime will not be published as established fact.
